This limitation does not affect liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate remedies.
